Surrendering Your Guinea Pig to GPRO

There is a $100 surrender fee per guinea pig, this is to cover the cost of care and supplies.

If you need to surrender your guinea pig to GPRO, here is what you should know:

• We take pets in by appointment only, as we have limited resources.
• All guinea pigs brought into GPRO must be in a carrier. 
• We require your pets complete health history
• Once you have surrendered your pet, they become property of GPRO. Making the decision to surrender permanent. 
• If you plan on donating small animal belongings, please take a look at our Wish List or reach out to inquire first, as we are unable to accept certain items. 
• To help reduce your pets stress, bring small items that are familiar to them such as a blanket or toys. 

What you Need to Surrender your guinea pig to GPRO

1. Completed surrender form 
2. Completed medical history form

4. To help reduce your guinea pigs stress, bring small items that are familiar to them such as a blanket or toys.
